This is the agreement for using Wrap and buying a license from this site.
The private beta
Wrap is in private beta. A build is free for the people invited to try it, with no export limit and no license check. Nothing is for sale yet. When it is, this page will say what a license covers.
Your work
Everything you record, edit and export is yours. Wrap claims nothing in it and never sees it: the app uploads nothing. What your own AI agent does with your content is between you and your agent's provider.
No warranty, and limits
Wrap is provided as is. It is built with care and Dan Vega uses it every week, but no software is perfect. To the extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for lost recordings, lost time or other damages beyond what you paid. Keep backups of work that matters.
Changes to these terms
If the terms change in a way that matters, the change is dated on this page and, for licensed customers, sent by email.
Who you are dealing with
